



Comprehensively certified since 2022, Leigha (pronounced like Leah) brings both technical training and a relatable fitness journey to every session. Before discovering Pilates, the gym was her main workout space. She enjoyed exercising, but the routines felt repetitive, and like many people, she often guessed her way through form and programming.
Pilates opened the door to understanding how the body truly works: how to engage muscles with intention, how full‑body movement creates balanced strength, and how good it feels to move with proper alignment.
